My wife and I have ordered from here many many times and have had no complaints, always enjoyed the food. Now twice i have ordered from here while at my mothers address and everything was wrong, the 1st time 25th June our food came overcooked, dry and inedible, now a month later we are still waiting for the refund we were promised as they do not know how to send a card payment refund and asked us to pop into the shop which we have not had time to do yet, while my wife was on the phone the chef was in the background sounding angry saying there was nothing wrong with it. This time 17th July we again ordered from here whike at my mother's address and this time after 1 hour and 45 mins we became inpatient and called to be told the food had left with the driver (a 5 minute drive away), another 45 minutes past and we called the shop again to be told if the food had not arrived within 15/20 mins to call back and fresh food would be made and sent out asap, within 5 minutes the food arrived, cold and again inedible this was 10.20pm. My wife again called to complain and asked for ANOTHER refund. I live further away and each time I ordered to my address (20 mins drive away) everything has been perfect but now twice ordered and my mother's address 5 mins away and has been terrible, makes no sense at all

Unfortunately something went wrong with our order. Paid for full pizza crunch. Received 1/2 a pizza crunch. It meant we all had to share our meals so that we all had an equal amount of food

Called 5 mins passed delivery time as the app said it had been delivered... to be told, dont know why its said its been delivered its happens all the time,sorry urs is next to go out.... half and hour later it arrived, cold pizza and chips were like they were cooked yesterday and kept in hot plate... not happy at all. Said they will refund!! Let's wait and see...

The food was good, we got what we asked for, the delivery did take some time about an hour and a half, I had to call just to check that my order went through.

What a fabulous chip shop. Fish fabulous, pizzas amazing. Staff lovely and so helpful. Tonight our pizza was a bit late due to an oven glitch and they could not have apologised and offered extras enough. We declined as we just were happy to have the lovely food. It was stellar. Excellent service. Definitely a keeper. What's not to love! A gem xxx

Everything arrived and the order was complete. We did have to reheat the mushy peas and curry sauce as they were lukewarm. We also reheated the pizza a little for the same reason. Delivery did take longer than usual and was past the time given but it was a Friday night so probably busy. Thanks.

Paid extra for pineapple on my pizza but never got it. Asked for sauce on chips but never got it. The pizza had too much topping and really thick cheese, not nice. The pakora was too large and the vegetable ones didn't taste anything pakora too heavy not enough veg.

Was nice food. Lamb kebab was great, cake was a bit frozen, but happy to leave it to defrost and have it later. Order through website was easy and probably cheaper. Delivery was straightforward- respectful driver. Would order again.

No salad on the wrap, no spring onions on the loaded fries
